About the role
We are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead to join our Sri Lanka team. The role will focus on delivering global Salesforce solutions and contributing to innovative Agentic AI projects.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Implement and optimize Flows, Web Services, and integrations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Lead technical delivery for Agentforce and agent‑centric AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and agile teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure best practices in code quality and governance.
Required profile
- 3–4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce engineering experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
- Proven experience working in fast‑paced Agile environments.
