Salesforce Tech Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead to join our global team and drive innovative Salesforce and Agentic AI projects. The role combines hands‑on development with technical leadership, ensuring high‑quality solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and Web Services.
• Implement and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations.
• Lead technical delivery, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with AI teams on Agentic AI initiatives and integrate Agentforce solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce engineering experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
• Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
• Proven experience with both declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities.
• Passion for learning and contributing to AI‑related projects.
