Salesforce Tech Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead with 3–4+ years of hands‑on engineering experience to join our team. You will work on global Salesforce implementations and innovative Agentic AI projects, collaborating in a fast‑paced Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Web Services.
• Implement and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Lead technical decisions and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute to Agentic AI initiatives, including Agentforce development.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of Salesforce engineering experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Web Services.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
• Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
• Exposure to Agentforce and agent development is a strong advantage.
• Passion for learning and contributing to AI‑driven projects.
