Salesforce Developer – 3‑4+ years experience

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Salesforce Engineer with 3–4+ years of hands‑on experience to join our growing team. You will work on innovative Salesforce and Agentic AI solutions for global customers, delivering high‑quality, scalable applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Web Services.
• Build and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications with both declarative and programmatic techniques.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in the design and development of Agentforce‑based and AI‑powered customer experiences.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third‑party applications.
• Follow best practices for development, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and working on Agentforce and Agentic AI initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
