Sales & Student Recruitment Manager

About the role

QS4QS is looking for a results‑driven Manager – Sales to lead its sales function, drive revenue and enrolment growth, and expand market reach across B2C, institutional, corporate and professional segments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales function and achieve monthly revenue and enrolment targets.
• Build and manage B2C, institutional, corporate and professional sales channels.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline, conversion strategies and follow‑up processes.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and market segments.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse results and implement improvement strategies.
• Build strong relationships with students, professionals, engineers, institutions and corporate clients.
• Work closely with Marketing and other teams to maximise lead generation and conversion.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or related functions.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, marketing or lead generation.
• Professional experience in academic, corporate or industry‑facing environments is an advantage.
• Strong target orientation and commercial awareness.
• Excellent networking, relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Confidence in engaging with students, professionals and engineers.
• Ability to take ownership, lead a team and deliver measurable results.
