Sales & Service Specialist – Pest Management

About the role

Securekil Pest Management is seeking a proactive Sales and Service Specialist to join its team in Ja-ela. You will work directly with residential and commercial customers, understand their pest‑control needs, and propose effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess pest‑infestation issues and recommend appropriate services.
• Conduct on‑site visits, prepare detailed service proposals, and coordinate treatment schedules.
• Manage customer inquiries, provide after‑service support, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and service activities.
• Collaborate with the operations team, attend training sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service expertise with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Sales capability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close agreements responsibly.
• Willingness to learn technical aspects of pest control.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ja‑ela and adapt to varied customer environments.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or service‑based industries is an advantage.
