Sales Representative – Key Accounts

About the role

Drive sales growth by managing customer relationships with hospitals and pharmacies, ensuring product availability, coordinating orders and deliveries, monitoring market activity, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Regularly visit assigned hospitals, healthcare institutions, hospital pharmacies, supermarket pharmacies, and pharmacy chain outlets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing, procurement, pharmacy, and other relevant contacts.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels at customer locations and take necessary follow‑up actions.
• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor competitor activities, providing market and customer feedback.
• Submit daily reports on customer visits, orders, follow‑ups, issues, and other sales activities within required timelines.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, cosmeceuticals, nutraceuticals, or related industries.
• Experience working with healthcare purchasing/procurement departments such as hospital pharmacies, supermarket pharmacies, and pharmacy chains.
• Good communication, customer relationship management, negotiation, and follow‑up skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to maintain daily activity and sales reports.
