Sales Representative

About the role

Bilesma Natural is seeking an energetic, target‑oriented Sales Representative to join its growing sales team. You will be responsible for promoting the company’s products, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across assigned outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and overall business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail outlets.
• Visit assigned customers/outlets to promote products and gather market insights.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management.
• Ensure excellent customer service, including order follow‑up and payment collection.

Required profile

• G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification.
• Previous experience in sales or FMCG is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented, energetic, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence is a plus.
