Sales Representative – European & Polish Market

About the role

Exemplary Voyages is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote Sri Lanka as a travel destination across the European and Polish markets. Based remotely in Poland or Sri Lanka, you will work closely with travel agents, tour operators and internal teams to generate new business and strengthen existing partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the EU and Polish travel trade.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators and tourism partners.
• Promote Sri Lanka and Exemplary Voyages’ services through sales visits, online meetings, presentations and training sessions.
• Generate, follow up on enquiries and keep regular communication with clients.
• Represent the company at travel exhibitions, roadshows, workshops and networking events.
• Monitor market trends, provide feedback and report on sales activities.
• Collaborate with Sri Lanka sales and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development or the travel & tourism industry (preferred).
• Fluency in Polish, English and at least one other European language.
• Knowledge of the European and Polish outbound travel market and an existing network of travel agents or tour operators is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, confident, able to work independently and travel within the EU & Poland as needed.
• Passion for travel and building long‑term business relationships.
