Sales Manager – Corporate Accounts (Hotel)

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel sales team to manage corporate accounts, generate new business and drive revenue across rooms, catering and F&B outlets. You will be the primary contact for group bookings and ensure memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the hotel to prospective clients, handling inquiries for group rooms, meeting spaces and food‑and‑beverage services.
• Drive new business by responding to leads, qualifying prospects and conducting proactive outreach.
• Manage the full sales cycle: site visits, proposals, rate setting, contract negotiation and account fulfillment.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and room‑night targets.
• Analyze sales performance, review lost‑business reports and adjust tactics to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services.
• Supervise and coach team members, monitor performance and foster a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in hotel corporate, MICE or group sales with a proven revenue track record.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and ownership mindset.
• Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to shape strategy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel systems such as Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ and Market Planner Survey.
