Sales Executive – Technology Solutions

About the role

Zynaptic Code is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business for its technology solutions portfolio. Based in Veyangoda with hybrid flexibility, you will bridge client needs with our high‑performance software, AI, and cybersecurity offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B opportunities in the Sri Lankan market.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage the sales pipeline end‑to‑end.
• Maintain and grow long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
• Track sales metrics, report performance, and contribute to strategic sales planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B or technology solution sales, including prospecting and closing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a consultative approach.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple opportunities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with the Sri Lankan technology services market and fluency in English; local language skills are a plus.
