Sales Executive – Southern Province

About the role

We are looking for a driven, customer‑focused Sales Executive to expand our presence across HORECA channels in the Southern and Eastern Provinces. The role combines relationship building, business development, and coordination of internal teams to deliver seamless service to hotels, cafes, restaurants and villas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with partners across hotels, cafes, restaurants and villas in the target provinces.
• Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth within the HORECA segment.
• Track leads, proposals and contracts to ensure timely follow‑ups and closures.
• Present tailored proposals and communications to clients.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver seamless service and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Prepare presentations for the Board on sales performance.
• Assist in negotiating agreements, renewals and terms with partners.
• Develop and implement SOPs and systems for consistency, scalability and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, business development or key account management within beverage, foodservice, distribution, hospitality or related industries (coffee experience is a strong advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Experience managing sales teams, including performance tracking and territory planning.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent relationship‑management, strategic‑planning and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
