Sales Executive - Showroom

About the role

The Sales Executive – Showroom will work full‑time on‑site in Colombo, welcoming visitors, understanding their interior needs and recommending KUKA Home furniture that matches the brand’s design standards. You will prepare quotes, process orders, coordinate billing and ensure accurate sales documentation while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors and guide them to suitable furniture solutions.
• Deliver confident product presentations and tailored recommendations.
• Drive sales through walk‑ins, follow‑ups, referrals and upselling.
• Prepare quotations, manage order coordination and oversee billing/payment processes.
• Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in furniture, retail or showroom sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑engagement abilities.
• Well‑presented, energetic and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
