Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – Interior Solutions

About the role

Delmege Interior is seeking dynamic sales professionals to drive growth across its flooring, furniture and interior décor portfolio. You will work closely with architects, designers and developers to turn project leads into successful sales.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Generate and convert project leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, dealers, and corporate clients.
• Promote flooring, furniture, and interior décor solutions to project and retail customers.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure excellent after‑sales service.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and project documentation.
• Achieve sales, collection, and profitability targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Sales Management, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications a plus).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or project sales, preferably in flooring, furniture, interior décor, or building materials.
• Strong network with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and corporate customers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong business development and customer‑relationship‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
