Sales Executive / Sales Professional

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Sri Lankan market. The ideal candidate will leverage an existing professional network, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Sri Lanka.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Use professional networks and industry contacts to generate leads.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
• Maintain regular communication and follow‑ups with clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Strong professional and industry network within Sri Lanka.
• Proven ability to generate leads and develop new business.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, and self‑motivated.
• Strong follow‑up skills and ability to meet deadlines.
