Sales Executive - Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑oriented Sales Executive – Lead Generation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the business development team in building a strong sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, databases, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Generate and qualify leads based on business requirements and target criteria.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
• Maintain and regularly update lead and prospect databases.
• Understand prospects’ business needs and communicate relevant company solutions and services.
• Schedule meetings and arrange discussions between qualified prospects and the sales/business development team.
• Track lead‑generation activities, responses, and conversion progress.
• Prepare regular reports on lead‑generation performance and pipeline activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, IT, or a related field.
• Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales, business development, or customer engagement is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
