Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at LAUGFS International, the exclusive dealer for premium power products in Sri Lanka. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, turning leads into lasting business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify marketing leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls and email outreach to potential customers.
• Present our generator, air compressor and scissor‑lift solutions to prospects.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Customize product solutions to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with clients.
• Proactively explore new market opportunities.
• Arrange meetings or calls between prospects and Account Executives.
• Report weekly and monthly sales results to the Sales Manager.
• Stay informed on new products, pricing, and payment plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in generator or consumer durable sales.
• Hands‑on experience with cold‑calling and other sales techniques.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Valid motorcycle and light‑vehicle driver’s licence.
