Sales Executive – Generator Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand our portfolio of generator and power solutions across commercial and industrial segments in Sri Lanka. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them from initial inquiry through to project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to understand requirements.
• Propose tailored power solutions based on customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in generators, engineering, construction, or industrial products.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Valid motorcycle and light‑vehicle driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
