About the role
Lassana Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join the BIA Flower Shop at Bandaranaike International Airport. You will be the face of our leading florist chain, helping customers celebrate moments with beautiful floral arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth at the airport location.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travelers and airport staff.
- Offer creative flower solutions that meet customer needs.
- Meet and exceed defined sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service at all times.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and service‑oriented attitude.
- Passion for flowers and creating joyful experiences.
- Open to candidates with sales/marketing experience or recent school leavers.
