Sales Executive – ERP & HR Payroll Solutions

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business and nurture existing client relationships for EArrow’s ERP, HR payroll and application software solutions. Based on‑site in Nugegoda, the role combines prospecting, solution presentation and closing sales to meet targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across telecom, financial, industrial and enterprise markets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct product presentations, demos and prepare proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to capture client requirements and provide feedback for product improvement.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts and pipeline management.
• Represent EArrow at meetings, events and client visits with a professional, consultative approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling software or IT solutions, preferably ERP, HR payroll or enterprise applications.
• Strong lead generation, prospecting and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, able to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with accurate reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Nugegoda and travel to client locations as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
