About the role
Carmart is expanding its sales team and is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join the Union Place, Colombo 02 showroom. The role involves selling Peugeot and Leapmotor passenger vehicles to a diverse clientele. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve showroom targets.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable passenger vehicles.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to overall team success.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in passenger car sales within the automotive industry.
- Prior experience in passenger car sales within the automotive industry is essential.
- Field experience in corporate/retail sales is required.
Required skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a target‑driven mindset.
- Proficiency in English.
