Sales Executive – Automotive Export

About the role

Providence Auto is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to join its hybrid team. You will act as the primary contact for local and international customers, guiding them through the purchase and export of premium vehicles and genuine spare parts.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospects, qualify leads and respond to inquiries from both domestic and overseas clients.
• Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Record all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and proper export documentation.
• Follow up with customers to build long‑term relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in product training, stay updated on inventory and market trends, and support promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with experience managing a sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to quickly learn high‑end motor vehicle and spare‑parts product ranges.
• Comfort working with export procedures and international customers.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Previous experience in automotive, trading, or B2B/B2C sales is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
