Sales Coordinator – Food Takeaway Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to boost repeat orders and expand B2B sales for our fast‑growing Jaffna takeaway outlet chain based in Colombo. You will work closely with corporate clients, offices and catering customers to promote our authentic food offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers to drive repeat orders and strengthen relationships.
• Develop and grow B2B sales with corporate clients, offices and catering accounts.
• Generate sales through multiple digital and communication platforms.
• Prepare accurate quotations, pricing proposals and professional business correspondence.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales reports and provide regular performance updates.
• Coordinate promotions and identify new business opportunities.
• Support operational requirements of the outlet when needed.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused, proactive and results‑oriented attitude.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, food & beverage or retail is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare quotations, pricing and professional written proposals.
