Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant will work full‑time on‑site in Kadawatha, driving new business for Remitrigo’s outsourced quantity surveying services. The role focuses on generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and converting opportunities into qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound cold calls and use WhatsApp, email and other channels to contact prospective clients.
• Research and create an independent prospect list of potential clients in the construction and procurement sectors.
• Generate and develop leads through proactive outreach, networking and follow‑up activities.
• Book qualified meetings and consultations, maintaining an organised sales pipeline.
• Record all interactions, lead status and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.
• Present Remitrigo’s quantity surveying, estimating and project cost control services, tailoring the pitch to each client’s needs.
• Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline progress and challenges to management.

Required profile

• Proactive and confident on the phone, comfortable with high‑volume cold calling.
• Persistent with follow‑ups, highly organised and able to manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Motivated by measurable sales targets and able to work towards daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, telemarketing or a client‑facing role is preferred.
