Sales Associate – Waterproofing Solutions

About the role

Hydrion Technologies, a leading structural waterproofing company in Sri Lanka, is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to promote its proprietary Hydro Tech Resin (HTR) solutions. You will work directly with homeowners, property managers, contractors and developers to identify waterproofing needs and deliver tailored proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking and inbound inquiries.
• Meet with clients such as homeowners, apartment owners, hotel operators, facility managers, contractors, architects and developers.
• Conduct initial site visits to understand waterproofing requirements and coordinate technical inspections.
• Present Hydrion’s solutions confidently and prepare accurate quotations.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle and follow up on proposals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Keep CRM records and sales reports up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development or customer relationship management.
• Experience in construction, engineering, waterproofing, building materials, real estate or related fields is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently on field visits.
• Valid riding or driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
