Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Associate to join our team in Nawala. You will act as the first point of contact for residential, corporate and industrial clients, understanding their maintenance and repair needs and promoting our engineering, electrical, plumbing and civil services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in‑person visits.
• Prepare, send and follow up on quotations for service contracts.
• Coordinate with technical teams to schedule service appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support basic account‑management tasks.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and assist with promotional activities.
• Address service‑related questions and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate, follow up leads and support sales objectives.
• Organised and detail‑oriented, capable of handling multiple inquiries and schedules.
• Basic understanding of engineering, electrical, plumbing or construction services, or willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) for email, documentation and reporting.
