Sales Associate – International Clients (Canada & UK)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team and handle sales activities, client communication, lead generation, and business development. The role involves working with international clients from Canada and the UK and supporting the sales process from lead generation to client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
• Communicate with clients in Canada and the UK
• Conduct sales calls, emails, meetings, and follow‑ups
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Maintain accurate sales and CRM records
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements
• Support client onboarding and post‑sales activities
• Identify new business opportunities
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, client management or a related field (advantageous)
• Freshers and candidates without industry experience are welcome
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer‑focused and target‑oriented mindset
• Good presentation and negotiation capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple leads and client requirements
• Basic knowledge of CRM and digital tools
• Good organizational and time‑management skills
• Willingness to work the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift
• Qualification in business, marketing, sales or a related field is an advantage
