About the role
We are looking for Sales Associates and Cashiers who go beyond simple transactions. The role focuses on creating great customer experiences, building confidence, and learning how internationally recognised brands connect with people in an off‑price luxury fashion environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Engage customers with brand knowledge and present products effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and support commercial awareness.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
What we offer
- Salary ranging from LKR 45,000 to LKR 65,000, with performance‑based progression.
- Paid overtime in addition to the base salary.
