About the role

Junior George is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join its retail team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to interact directly with customers, develop product knowledge, and contribute to a vibrant store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and efficient shopping experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Support visual merchandising standards, restock displays, and monitor inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.

Required profile

• High energy and a positive, customer‑first attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
