Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

Huegins Graphoo, a leading commercial printing and packaging company in Colombo, is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive. The role focuses on driving sales growth for printing and packaging solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with commercial clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Visit clients regularly, manage existing accounts, identify decision‑makers, and convert new B2B print/packaging opportunities.
• Execute targeted sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer packaging demands, and competitor activities to keep a market edge.
• Oversee account receivables, coordinating timely payment collections to support healthy cash flow.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing (SLIM/CIM) or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven B2B sales/marketing experience in commercial printing, packaging, paper/board, or industrial consumables.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a structured approach to lead management and daily reporting.
