Sales and Customer Care Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Customer Care Executive to join our team in Colombo. This full‑time, on‑site position will involve engaging with both prospective and existing clients, presenting our services, and guiding customers through the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads.
• Explain products and services, present offers, and close sales ethically.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Support promotional activities and provide feedback on customer trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset with active listening and problem‑solving skills.
• Sales and negotiation confidence, able to overcome objections.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple inquiries.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer care is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Colombo and collaborate in a team environment.
