About the role

We are seeking a Sales & Account Management Specialist to accelerate revenue growth by acquiring new business and expanding existing client relationships. The role focuses on promoting automated workflow and digital solutions to B2B customers while acting as a trusted advisor for current accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Solution Selling: Demonstrate the value of automated workflow tools and digital solutions to prospective clients.
• Relationship Expansion: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring clients maximize the benefits of the digital tools provided.
• Consultative Account Management: Conduct regular business reviews to identify client pain points and tailor workflow solutions.
• Revenue Optimization: Drive top‑line growth through new client acquisition, upselling, and cross‑selling.
• Market Feedback Loop: Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings.
• CRM Performance: Record all lead generations, project milestones, and client interactions for clear pipeline visibility.
