Sales Ambassador

About the role

As a Sales Ambassador you will be the face of a premium duty‑free retail environment, delivering personalized product advice across fashion, luxury, fragrance, watches, food, and electronics. You will ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand’s values and drives sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored consultations and product guidance across multiple categories.
• Drive sales through up‑selling and cross‑selling while meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and premium store presentation.
• Manage stock levels, organize displays, and keep the store clean and operational.
• Support inventory processes including replenishment, receiving, and stock counts.
• Accurately process transactions using POS systems and handle payments.
• Ensure compliance with duty‑free regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification; further education in retail, sales, hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality or duty‑free environments preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Customer‑focused, proactive, sales‑driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance suitable for a premium retail setting.
