About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑focused Sales Agent to join our showroom team. You will be the front‑line representative of the company, delivering excellent service, showcasing our granite products, and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide detailed product information and tailored recommendations.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person promptly.
- Maintain accurate showroom inventory, conduct regular counts, and report discrepancies.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and arranging new stock.
- Address customer concerns and complaints, working toward satisfactory resolutions.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build relationships.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
