Sales Account Executive (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

Qureos is looking for an energetic Sales Account Executive who speaks Spanish to lead commercial expansion across Latin America. You will own the full sales cycle, build pipelines, and help companies transform their hiring processes with AI‑driven technology.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of mid‑market and enterprise accounts in Colombia and the broader LatAM region.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and contract signing.
• Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and customer success to keep the pipeline healthy and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting.
• Identify partnership opportunities and help refine Qureos’s go‑to‑market strategy for new LatAM markets.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with a full‑cycle closing track record.
• Native or fluent Spanish; strong business English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the Colombian and wider LatAM enterprise landscape, including procurement and buying processes.
• Proven quota attainment, preferably selling to HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, or in HR‑Tech, AI, SaaS, or recruitment technology.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
