Retail Showroom Manager

About the role

Luxe Colombo is seeking a Retail Showroom Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its showroom in Colombo. The role focuses on delivering a premium in‑store experience that complements the company’s online gourmet food and lifestyle offering.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise showroom staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Manage product displays, visual merchandising and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with online operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and store presentation.
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to boost customer satisfaction.
• Engage with customers, address issues promptly and gather feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in food, gourmet or lifestyle products.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on satisfaction and experience.
• Leadership abilities to supervise and coach a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and point‑of‑sale systems; e‑commerce experience is a plus.
• Educational background in business, retail management or a related field is preferred.
