Retail Sales Manager – Luxury Brands & Client Management

About the role

Abans Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Manager to lead its Luxury Brands showroom in Sri Lanka. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and upholding the prestige of internationally recognised luxury fashion and lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Ensure a premium in‑store experience that reflects the values of luxury brands such as Titan, Under Armour, Skechers and Hugo Boss.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage client relationships, handle high‑value customers, and resolve service issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee product presentation.
• Prepare sales reports, analyse performance data, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, fashion or hospitality, with 3–4 years in a leadership role.
• Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or a related field from a recognised institute.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and best practices in customer service.
• Friendly, energetic, proactive personality with a passion for luxury fashion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customers.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours as required by the retail environment.
