About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position based in Colombo is for a Retail Sales Executive. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, communicating effectively, and building lasting relationships with customers on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the retail sales team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling escalated inquiries and resolving complex issues effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and address challenges.
• Assist customers by addressing inquiries, inspecting, and processing shipments for export.
• Monitor and achieve individual and departmental sales targets through effective strategies, ensuring consistent target achievement.
