About the role

Join the Radisson Hotel Group team in Kandy as a Restaurant Hostess, working in the breakfast area to ensure guests enjoy an exceptional start to their day.

Key responsibilities

• Support smooth operation of the food & beverage department, maintaining high service standards.
• Handle telephone calls courteously and manage guest complaints according to service recovery guidelines.
• Set and maintain tables, ensure cleanliness of the work area, and create a well‑presented environment.
• Contribute to a pleasant atmosphere with a friendly demeanor, attending to guest wishes.

Required profile

• Experience in food and beverage service.
• Pro‑active, hands‑on approach with strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing service environments and manage priorities.
• Personal integrity and a collaborative attitude.
