Reservation Executive (On‑site)

About the role

Eco Wild Glamping is seeking a Reservation Executive to manage guest inquiries and bookings for its mountain‑side retreat. Based in Colombo, you will be the first point of contact for prospective guests, ensuring a smooth reservation process from initial contact to arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email and online platforms.
• Maintain accurate booking calendars and update room availability.
• Provide clear information on accommodation options, packages, policies and pricing.
• Coordinate special requests with on‑site teams and ensure timely confirmations.
• Process payment‑related queries and follow up leads to maximise conversions.
• Resolve reservation issues promptly to guarantee a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to optimise occupancy rates.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to address inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Colombo, including weekends or holidays as needed.
• Secondary education completed; hospitality, tourism or business diplomas are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and reservation/property‑management systems.
