Reservation & Account Assistant

About the role

EPICK Tours is seeking a full‑time Reservation & Account Assistant to work on‑site in Sri Lanka. The role blends reservation management with basic accounting duties, supporting both travel agencies and individual clients while ensuring accurate financial handling.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage reservations, coordinating with travel agencies and clients.
• Maintain accurate booking records and update reservation systems.
• Handle daily accounting tasks such as petty‑cash management and basic finance entries.
• Support credit‑control activities and monitor payments.
• Prepare simple financial reports and assist with cash‑flow tracking.
• Respond to customer and partner inquiries via phone and email.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Skills in Accounting, Finance, Credit Control and Petty‑Cash management.
• Strong communication abilities for interacting with clients, agencies and internal staff.
• Relevant experience in reservations, hospitality or travel operations is advantageous.
• Proficiency with office software and familiarity with reservation or accounting systems.
• Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and reliability in handling financial and customer data.
• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field is preferred.
