Click Polonnaruwa is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of its web development, mobile app, SaaS, and IT consultancy services. This full‑time remote position focuses on identifying new business opportunities across Sri Lanka and selected international markets while delivering an excellent, service‑focused customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B opportunities in the software and digital services sector.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales pipeline, from discovery calls to proposal preparation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, track performance metrics, and provide regular forecasts to leadership.
• Gather market feedback to refine offerings and support go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with technical, project, and leadership teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and account‑management experience in software, web, or IT services.
• Consultative, solution‑based selling style with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
• Self‑motivated remote worker with excellent organization and target‑driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
