Relationship Manager – Private Banking

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, client‑focused Relationship Manager to lead and expand a portfolio of high‑net‑worth private banking clients. The role combines relationship management, sales, and service excellence to meet financial targets while preserving asset quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of private banking clients, ensuring achievement of business objectives and compliance with credit guidelines.
• Grow the portfolio by acquiring new high‑net‑worth clients and deepening relationships with existing ones.
• Monitor performance against financial targets, take corrective actions, and ensure efficient utilization of approved credit limits.
• Deliver superior service and convenience to clients, maintaining strong, cordial relationships.
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, bank controls, and internal procedures while minimizing operational losses.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in banking or a financial institution with exposure to sales, marketing, or relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, and proven ability to manage multi‑skill responsibilities.
• Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to client acquisition and retention.
