Regulatory Administrator – Primary Market & AIM

About the role

We are looking for a Regulator to provide administrative and office support to the Primary Market and AIM Regulation (PMAR) team at LSEG. The role will maintain databases, prepare reports and assist the Operations and Guidance function, while gaining exposure to regulatory activities across AIM, ISM and PSM.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain records, databases and filing systems in line with operational protocols and governance.
• Assist in organising data and producing metrics, management information and reports for PMAR functions.
• Conduct factual research, produce summaries, chronologies or reports based on briefs from senior team members.
• Draft and prepare routine non‑material communications under supervision.

Required profile

• Experienced professional with strong interpersonal skills and an administrative background.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar administrative or support role.
• Interest or prior exposure to regulatory or compliance environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with MS Teams, SharePoint and OneNote.
• Ability to learn and use new tools such as Co‑pilot.
