Registered Nurse – Fertility Clinic

About the role

The Nurse will provide direct patient care and support within a specialized fertility clinic. Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting physicians, and educating patients about treatment plans and post‑procedure care. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a safe, clean, patient‑centered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare patients for fertility procedures and administer prescribed medications.
• Monitor vital signs and perform basic emergency response when needed.
• Assist physicians during examinations, ultrasounds, and treatment sessions.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication usage, and post‑procedure care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and documentation.
• Coordinate appointments and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
• Support infection‑control and safety standards to maintain a clean environment.

Required profile

• Relevant nursing qualification (Diploma or Degree) with valid registration/licensure.
• Clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and basic emergency response.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for empathetic patient education.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation, follow protocols, and adhere to infection‑control standards.
• Interest or experience in fertility, women’s health, reproductive medicine, or obstetrics‑gynecology is an advantage.
• Capacity to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and handle emotionally sensitive situations.
• Basic computer literacy for using electronic medical records and clinic management systems.
