Registered Nurse – Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic

About the role

The Nurse at 360 Skin Clinic will provide direct patient care in a fast‑paced aesthetic environment. Responsibilities include preparing clients for procedures, assisting physicians and aestheticians, monitoring clients before and after treatments, and documenting medical histories, vital signs and treatment notes. The role also involves educating clients on pre‑ and post‑treatment care, ensuring infection control, coordinating appointment flow and supporting a multidisciplinary team to maintain a calm, professional, client‑centered atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare clients for dermatology and aesthetic procedures and provide direct patient care.
• Assist physicians and aestheticians during treatments and monitor clients before and after interventions.
• Take and document medical histories, vital signs, and treatment notes with confidentiality.
• Educate clients on pre‑ and post‑treatment care, skincare routines and wellness practices.
• Promote safety, infection‑control standards and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Coordinate appointment flow and support multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in electronic medical systems.
• Contribute to a calm, professional and client‑centered environment.

Required profile

• Valid nursing qualification and registration with the relevant professional body.
• Prior experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine or outpatient clinical settings (advantage).
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, basic wound care, medication administration and monitoring treatment responses.
• Knowledge of skincare, cosmetic procedures and after‑care protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail in documentation, infection control and safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple tasks in a busy clinic.
• Basic computer literacy for electronic medical records and scheduling systems.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and quality‑improvement initiatives.
