About the role
The Regional Technical Support & Training Engineer will deliver technical training and on‑site support across the region, ensuring installers and technicians are equipped to handle CCTV and networking solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical trainings for installers & technicians
- Perform regional visits, partner engagement & build customer relationships
- Support technical events, product demos & installer activities
- Provide CCTV and networking technical support when required
Required profile
- Background in IT, Networking, Electronics or CCTV
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with field travel and regional coordination
- Valid driving licence
