Regional Service Manager – Automobile Field Service

About the role

The Regional Service Manager will oversee automobile field service operations across several districts, ensuring high performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on problem solving to maintain service quality throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing field service teams across Badulla, Rathnapura, Kegalle, Nuwara Eliya and Kandy.
• Monitor and improve performance, safety standards and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Analyze customer concerns and service‑related issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct audits and generate reports on service and warranty activities.
• Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Office tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in service or field operations, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Familiarity with warranty processes, service standards and dealer management.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Automobile or a related field is an advantage.
