Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Sinhala.
• Computer literacy, including MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in overseas recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Valid Motor bike License.
