Recruiter – On‑site (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading conglomerate operating across KSA, UAE, Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka. As the business expands, a dedicated on‑site Recruitment Team is being built to support the growing talent acquisition needs. This 6‑month fixed‑term position will work from the client’s office in Sri Lanka, handling the full recruitment cycle for multiple vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Source and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn, job portals and other channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and keep them updated on progress.
• Track recruitment pipelines, follow up on pending actions and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, either agency or in‑house.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and follow‑up capabilities.
